I have often heard people say, ‘It is well!‘ with a different intent from Horatio Spafford’s, the writer of the popular hymn, ‘It is well’. Horatio penned down those words while on a ship to see his bereaved wife in a far away country. They had just lost their three daughters in a ship wreck. It was obviously not the best time to use that phrase. Nothing around him at the time suggested wellness but they came out of a joyfully bleeding heart. He indeed knew what it meant and felt like to be knocked down but not crushed. If you were wandering what kind of comparison that was, then you would need to demystify the world’s ‘wonder of water in the coconut’.
Many times, we are quick to making confessions that are not too different from the words like fear, anxiety and bitterness that are so deeply rooted in our minds. It’s ok though, it only shows we are humans. But if we really need to overcome, there must be an alignment between the mind and the mouth. The mouth has so much power. As such, it must be consciously ‘thought’ to say or confess the positivities of a negative situation. Confession is a principal tool in creating things as well as causing a change from something negative to positive and vice versa. However, it is only an alignment with the heart that gives the necessary push for the effectiveness of the spoken (words). The moment there is a shade of doubt, the confession is useless.
I have always negated the popular saying of ‘Seeing is believing’. Everything in life is controlled by the spiritual or like science will say, metaphysics. A firm belief in unseen realities or what isn’t seen yet plus a confession whether in the right diction or worse crafted sentence actually programs them for manifestation. So, when you pronounce a word, it has no choice but to happen because your heart and confession have a strong connection.
Also note that confession plus a strong connection with the heart is best productive when backed with the right attitude. If you must produce the best results, then there must be a right attitude. This is not just important, it is a must have!
